Our Partner Agency Requirements
Partner Agency Code of Conduct
Our Partner Agency Code of Conduct details guidelines for expectations and ways of working, ensuring that suppliers provide ethical and socially responsible delivery of work. Our Partner Agencies should either be willing to adhere to the Code of Conduct or have equivalent standards and procedures in their own businesses.
Detailed below are some of the requirements outlined in the Partner Agency Code. We share the full Code during the proposal or onboarding process and expect suppliers to positively declare their commitment to abide by these principles.
All employees of suppliers must be treated equally and with respect, and not be discriminated against for any reason. Employees must be provided with a contract of employment and rewarded fairly, so that any employees with the same qualifications and experience receive equal pay.
Health and Safety
Partner Agencies must adhere to all local and national laws and regulations relating to health and safety, and a healthy and safe working environment must be provided to employees.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
All applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws must be complied with. Accepting or engaging in bribery or corruption of any form is prohibited. Partner Agencies must be honest, diligent and compliant in all their business activities.
Environmental and Social
Business operations should be managed according to best practice standards and in a responsible and sustainable manner. Partner Agencies should strive to minimise their impact on the environment, support the communities in which they operate, and abide by applicable regulations relating to the protection of the environment.
Exploitation of people by any means is unacceptable. Partner Agencies will conduct themselves with the utmost integrity, comply with all related laws in the places they operate and be committed to the protection of human rights.
Partner Agencies must protect the human rights of their employees, suppliers and business partners.

Diverse and inclusive working environments should be fostered so that all people are treated fairly and equally, people are not discriminated against, and businesses better reflect the breadth of communities in which they operate and the customers they serve.
