BBC Teach – Home to thousands of free curriculum-mapped videos, arranged by age-group and subject
Khan Academy – Daily schedules available for students ages 2-18
Coursera – For older children, this could be a great time to explore new fields with online courses from world-class universities and companies
Hamilton Trust – A week’s worth of downloadable resource packs with teacher guidance is available for each year group, covering various language and maths topics
Seneca – A range of downloadable resources covering the GCSE curriculum are available, categorised by examination board
Stairway Leaning – A free platform built specifically for students, to help learn maths, biology and physics
English and Foreign Language Lessons
Rosetta Stone – The language learning provider has made their courses free to students for three months
English Mastery – Downloadable resource books providing 12 weeks of activities covering writing and poetry
Classroom Secrets – Free resource packs can be downloaded which cover a range of subjects, including reading and writing
Dualingo – Free language lessons
Quill – Free writing and grammar activities for children grades K-12
Pobble 365 – A daily image is published as a basis for creative writing. Story starters, questions and drawing ideas are provided to help students get started
Purple Mash – Each week, a selection of daily activities is produced on different subjects, including comprehension and grammar. Lessons have been made free during the school closure period

Code.org – Learn computer science with lessons suitable for children from grade K-12
White Rose Maths – Mathematics training programmes and resources
Mathigon – Interactive maths resources that allow parents to track student progress and set activities
Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) – A set of articles and resources designed to support remote teaching
Top Marks – Interactive maths games categorised by age group
Historic Royal Palaces – Videos and history lessons

Super Movers – A collaboration between the BBC and the Premier League, there are plenty of resources to help get kids moving even in limited spaces
#ThisIsPE – A series of videos delivered by teachers focussing on PE curriculum which can be accessed on YouTube
PE with Joe – 30-minute PE classes available
Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families – Wellbeing advice for those supporting children and young people
Fun activities
Minecraft – Minecraft have made its educational worlds available for free, to help pupils stay entertained while at home
Audible – The Amazon audiobook library has made hundreds of audiobooks free for infants through eighteen-year-olds
Virtual Storytime – As libraries are closing, some are choosing to host virtual programming
Google Arts & Culture – From virtual museum tours to underwater coral videos, there is plenty here to keep children entertained
Google Earth – Discover the world’s tallest mountains and busiest cities
Tate Kids – Featuring arts and craft projects as well as art history lessons
British Council – Fun word games and activities for children
